PRO CAPITAL appointed as judicial administrator of an important ice-cream producer

PRO CAPITAL Restructuring IPURL, the insolvency division of Pro Legal | Pro Capital group, was appointed by BRD - Groupe Société Générale, ING Bank and UNICREDIT Bank as judicial administrator of Kubo Ice Cream Company, one of the most important ice-cream producers in Romania.

The mandate includes supervising the day-to-day business activity of the company, performing an extensive legal and business due diligence, revising all the pending commercial contracts, reviewing and improving the employment structure of the company, identifying potential investors, negotiating the investment terms and drafting a restructuring plan.
